Dental Receptionist

In this role you will greet and assist patients, proactively call patients to schedule appointments, collect patient information, update records, organize and manage practice’s schedule, facilitate insurance payments – and more.
Our ideal candidate has:
- three plus years in customer service
- strong communication skills; especially over the phone
- an outgoing, friendly personality
- strong multi-tasking skills
- excellent attention to detail
- desire to work well as part of a team
- ability to take direction and execute tasks
- comfort in working with computers and a variety of computer programs
- experience in dental administration an asset
- is looking for a long-term career role
